Sometimes the weight you need to lose is not in your body. It took me a few years to understand this sentence. When I first read it I was in my early teens and at that time it didn’t make any sense. A few days back it popped again in the form of caption and now nothing makes more sense than this.
Sometimes I wonder when I look down at the weighing machine. Is this water weight? fat? Muscle weight? Or just my regrets and grudges? Unlike other weight, these are stubborn to lose. I mean you can’t go to the gym and do some cardio to lose regrets and grudges.
So, the most difficult question is, how to lose invisible weight?
From my research and experiences. I would suggest these two things.
- Learn to say sorry- How often we say sorry and mean it? We apologize on every second day to someone for spilling coffee on their shirt or stepping up on their shoe. But when we have to say sorry for hurting someone we take a million years to do so.
This is my method of losing those invisible weights. Let me know what you do.
